• Regularly check and ensure UPS and battery systems are functioning properly.

• Perform battery health diagnostics and ensure timely replacements if required.

• Verify that SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) units are operational and efficiently supplying power.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the SPOP (Subscriber Point of Presence).

• Verify that the SPOP rack fans are working properly to avoid overheating.

• Maintain detailed records of all SPOP data and equipment status.

• Troubleshoot and analyze issues when OLT (Optical Line Terminal) goes down due to switch faults.

• Replace faulty switches and restore connectivity in minimal downtime.

• Coordinate and take follow-up actions during Torrent Power outages to minimize service disruption.
