Job Description

  • Perform electrical panel wiring and control panel assembly as per electrical drawings.

  • Carry out control wiring, power wiring, terminal connections, and cable dressing.

  • Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

  • Install and wire components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, timers, SMPS, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, and terminal blocks.

  • Perform machine wiring and field wiring for industrial automation systems.

  • Assist in PLC, HMI, VFD, and sensor-related wiring and commissioning.

  • Conduct continuity checks, insulation checks, and functional testing of panels.

  • Troubleshoot electrical and control wiring faults.

  • Ensure proper earthing, cable tagging, ferruling, cable routing, and termination.

  • Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.

  • Coordinate with engineers during panel testing, machine installation, and commissioning.

  • Maintain quality standards and complete work within assigned timelines.
