Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, outlets, and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and equipment problems.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
Test electrical components and systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable safety standards and regulations.
Maintain proper records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Respond to electrical breakdowns and emergencies when required.
Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and other maintenance personnel.
Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification.
Previous experience as an electrician is preferred.
Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting.
Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams.
Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
Ability to use electrical testing and hand tools safely.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
