Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Electrician who can manage day-to-day maintenance work across our properties. The ideal candidate should be experienced with electrical repairs and basic plumbing tasks, and must be able to handle issues independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and maintenance of ceiling fans, lights, switches, wiring and electrical fixtures

- Basic AC repair and troubleshooting (minor faults, wiring, servicing support)

- Basic plumbing tasks (tap leaks, blockages, small pipe fixes)

- Regular maintenance checks across the property

- Responding quickly to repair requests and ensuring minimal downtime

- Maintaining tools, safety standards and reporting major issues promptly

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an electrician or maintenance technician

- Knowledge of electrical systems, minor AC repair & basic plumbing

- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues on the spot

- Physically fit and willing to travel between properties (if needed)

- Must be available for immediate joining
