Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power plants (Ground Mounted & Rooftop).

• Support in erection of module mounting structures, cabling, inverter installation, and termination works.

• Ensure all installation work is done as per engineering drawings and safety standards.

• Perform regular site inspections and testing of solar equipment like inverters, SPDs, and meters.

• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors for smooth execution.

• Report daily work progress and site issues to the Project Manager/Engineer.
  
  Key Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience in solar PV system installation (minimum 1 year)

  • Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, tools, safety)

  • Ability to read and understand basic site drawings

  • Familiar with tools like drilling machines, grinders, testers, etc.

  • Willingness to travel and work on remote sites

  • Team player with good discipline and punctuality
