·       Electrical Upgrades: Assisting in electrical system upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local codes.

·       Electrical Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or areas needing maintenance.

·       Power Distribution: Managing the distribution of electrical power throughout the apartment complex and resolving any imbalances or fluctuations.

·       Safety Measures: Ensuring that all electrical connections are properly grounded and that safety measures are in place to prevent electrical accidents.

·       Energy Efficiency: Advising on energy-efficient lighting options and promoting energy-saving practices to reduce utility costs.

·       Emergency Response: Being available for emergency electrical repairs, such as power outages or electrical faults, even outside of regular working hours.
