Electrician – Robotics / Automation Projects

Job Summary (Brief JD)

The Electrician will be responsible for installation, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems related to robotics equipment, control panels, power supply units, sensors, and site electrical infrastructure, ensuring safety, reliability, and uninterrupted project operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Electrical Installation & Wiring

Robotics systems, control panels, motors, sensors, and power units ki electrical wiring & installation
AC/DC supply, earthing, MCB, MCCB, relays, contactors ka handling
Cable laying, termination, gland fixing & panel dressing

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Electrical faults ka diagnosis aur rectification
Robotics equipment aur field devices ki preventive & breakdown maintenance
Power fluctuation, short circuit, overload issues ka solution

Panel & Equipment Support

Control panels (PLC panel support level), junction boxes, power distribution boards ka assistance
Electrical testing using multimeter, megger, clamp meter, etc.

Safety & Compliance

Electrical safety norms follow karna (LOTO, PPE usage)
Site safety guidelines aur company SOPs ka compliance
Unsafe conditions ki timely reporting

Site & Project Support

Project sites par electrical support during installation, testing & commissioning
Engineers aur technicians ke saath coordination
Emergency electrical support during project execution

Key Skills & Requirements (Brief)

ITI / Diploma in Electrical (preferred)
2–5 years ka experience (industrial / project / automation environment preferred)
Basic knowledge of control panels, motors, sensors, power supply systems
Ability to read basic electrical drawings / layouts
Willingness to work at site locations / shifts if required

Work Environment

Project sites, workshops, field installations
Exposure to robotics, automation, and surveillance systems
