Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Assemble electrical panels, including mounting components such as relays, contactors, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks.
Wire panels according to design specifications, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
Perform continuity, insulation, and functional testing of wired panels.
Troubleshoot and correct wiring defects or inconsistencies.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and components used.
Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and project teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications / Skills:
Proven experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or related field.
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, diagrams, and symbols.
Proficiency with hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and multimeters.
Knowledge of electrical safety practices and standards.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Education / Certification:
10th pass, below 10th pass, 12th pass, any..
Certifications in electrical work or safety (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E) are a plus.
Working Conditions:
Primarily in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
May require standing for extended periods and handling moderately heavy components.
Compliance with PPE (personal protective equipment) requirements.
