1. Kitchen fridges maintenance

2. Electricity including UPS line,

3. Sound system set up ( can be trained)

4. Regular maintenance like plumbing, electrician, polishing and painting, civil patch up work etc.

5. Great to have knowledge about wifi system and internet line etc. POS connection and printer connection.
