Job Description – Electrician (Bankura Factory)

Position: Electrician (Male Only)

Job Location: Bankura, West Bengal

Interview Location: Salt Lake Sec V

Experience Preferred: Prior experience in a water treatment plant / water plant

Key Responsibilities:

·    Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery at the factory.

·    Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime.

·    Maintain and service motors, pumps, panels, and other electrical components used in water plants and factory operations.

·    Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.

·    Support preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.

·    Assist in monitoring power supply and energy consumption for efficient operations.

·    Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve electrical issues promptly.

Requirements:

·    ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.

·    2–2.5 years of experience as an electrician (experience in a water plant preferred).

·    Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and industrial machinery.

·    Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and manuals.

·    Hands-on experience in repairing pumps, motors, and control panels.

·    Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

·    Willingness to work in shifts and at the factory location in Bankura.
