Electrician

Job Purpose

To handle electrical maintenance, motor repairs, and epoxy insulation processes, ensuring smooth functioning of factory machines and motors with proper safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, panels, and circuits.

• Perform motor repair, rewinding, and epoxy coating/insulation work.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in CNC, VMC, and spindle machines.

• Apply epoxy resin for insulation, sealing, and protection of electrical windings.

• Conduct preventive maintenance of motors, drives, and factory electrical systems.

• Ensure proper curing and quality of epoxy-applied components.

• Maintain electrical maintenance records and follow safety protocols.

• Support production team in minimizing machine downtime.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of motor winding, insulation, and epoxy application.

• Hands-on experience with industrial electrical systems.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot faults.

• Skilled in using electrical tools & safety equipment.

• Disciplined, responsible, and physically fit.
