Full Time
• Manage and maintain factory electrical systems, panels, wiring, and power distribution.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment and machinery.
• Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns and corrective maintenance to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor and maintain transformers, DG sets, compressors, motors, control panels, and electrical circuits.
• Ensure proper functioning of machinery electrical systems used in sorting, processing, and packaging operations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown records, and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Supervise electrical contractors and technicians during installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Support new machinery installation, commissioning, and electrical layout planning.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure proper earthing systems, safety devices, and electrical protection mechanisms.
