Job Description: Electrical Site Supervisor (Bhagat Engineering Works)

Position: Electrical Site Supervisor

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 CTC (monthly) + Lodging

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Location: PAN India

Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or any relevant qualification in Electrical Field

Work Mode: Field-based

Timings: 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Gender: Male

Age Group: Up to 30 years

Travel: Required for site visits and project supervision (100% Field based)

Job Responsibilities:

·         Material Management: Ensure timely procurement and management of materials required for electrical work at the site.

·         Cable Laying: Supervise and manage the process of laying electrical cables safely and efficiently as per project requirements.

·         Poles Installation: Oversee the installation of electrical poles, ensuring proper setup, alignment, and safety standards.

·         Substation Loading and Unloading: Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of equipment for substations.

·         Wiring & Circuit Design: Assist in wiring and circuit design, ensuring proper connections, safety, and compliance with electrical standards.

·         Site Supervision: Lead and supervise site workers and contractors, ensuring all work is completed as per specifications and safety regulations.

·         Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical work complies with industry safety regulations and standards.

·         Reporting: Regularly report the progress of work, material status, and any issues to the higher management.

·         Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Address any electrical faults or issues on-site and ensure the resolution of problems promptly.

·         Travel: Frequent travel to various project sites for supervision and coordination of electrical work.

•                     Ability to manage resources, materials, and manpower efficiently.

•                     Familiarity with electrical safety standards and compliance.

•                     Good communication and leadership skills for managing on-site teams.

•                     Problem-solving skills to quickly address technical issues on-site.

•                     Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations.
