Location: Mumbai (Field-Based)

Age: 21–40 years.

Location: Must be a resident of Mumbai

Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable with Heights, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and handling on-site physical labor.

Education: ITI / Diploma / Certified Wireman/Electric Experience (Freshers can also Apply)

We are looking for a proactive technician to handle on-site Audio Video installations. This role offers a clear path for growth into Professional Audio-Visual systems, IP-based security, Home Theater technology & IT Networking.

Key Responsibilities

Precision Cabling: Execute end-to-end internal and external wiring (Cat6, HDMI, and standard electrical).

Handle rack dressing and point-to-point connections with high attention to detail.

Hardware Installation: Mount and set up CCTV cameras, Wi-Fi access points, Speakers, TV, Projectors and Specialized AV equipment.

Perform precision drilling for conduits and raceways across various surfaces (concrete, wood, false ceilings).

Site Mobility: Travel to various project sites. (Company provides travel conveyance).

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of RJ45 Crimping, AC/DC, low-voltage, and high-voltage systems.

Requirements & Skills: Proficiency with hand tools (Hammer drills, Crimping Tools, Testers, Multimeters).

Strong commitment to safety protocols.

Good to have previous experience in Audio Video Systems CCTV & Networking.

Zero Tolerance: No alcohol or substance use on duty, no outside work.

Compliance: Strict adherence to safety rules and respect for client premises is mandatory.

Reporting: Must provide daily photo/video, location updates via WhatsApp.

Up-Skilling: We provide hands-on training in NVRs, Biometrics, and high-end Home Theater/Video Conferencing technology.

Performance Tracking: Installation quality, punctuality, and fast learners.

Schedule: 6 days per week(Site-based), The candidate should be open to flexible hours including weekends during critical project phases, for which Overtime will be granted
