Role Overview:

We are hiring a skilled and responsible Control Panel Engineer/Technician. The person must know how to do panel wiring, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and complete panels as per company standards.
The candidate must be able to build panels by using electrical drawings, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and PDF drawing pages provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

• Assemble, wire, and test all types of control panels (Star-Delta, MCC, APFC, VFD, Automation Panels).

• Build panels correctly as per drawing pages, GA drawings, circuit diagrams, and bill of material.

• Perform quality tests like continuity, insulation, and functional testing.

• Ensure correct components, proper wiring, and safety guidelines are followed.

• Help in installation and commissioning when required.

• Find and fix wiring issues or faults during production.

• Maintain reports, test sheets, and basic documentation.

• Work together with supervisors and engineers to complete projects on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI (Electrician/Wireman).

• Practical knowledge of panel wiring and industrial electrical systems.

• Ability to build panels independently by following drawings.

• Good troubleshooting skills and teamwork ability.

• Understanding of safety standards and electrical components.
