Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and certified Electrician to join our maintenance team in Jamshedpur. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery throughout our facility. This role requires strong technical expertise, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install, connect, test, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, control panels, lighting, and power outlets according to blueprints, electrical diagrams, and relevant codes (e.g., Indian Electricity Rules, BIS standards).

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in machinery, equipment, and building systems using testing devices such as voltmeters, ammeters, and oscilloscopes.

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

• Wiring & Circuits: Work with various types of wiring, conduit, and control circuits (e.g., motor control circuits, PLC wiring, sensor circuits).

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work is performed safely and complies with company safety protocols, electrical codes, and industry best practices. Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
