Qualifications & Skills:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumber or relevant technical field.
Minimum 0.6 -5 years of experience in building, construction or facility maintenance.
Knowledge of multiple trade areas (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, etc.).
Hands-on experience with tools and measuring devices.

Job Responsibilities :

Monitor and respond to maintenance service requests promptly.
Maintain logs and documentation for all service and repair activities.
location out side Delhi only (only candidates comfortable for pan India should apply)
Support emergency response efforts such as power outages, leaks, or fire system issues.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair services.
Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Report major repairs or risks to the Facility Manager.
