Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician – Facility Maintenance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facility systems. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of building infrastructure and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and building systems (lighting, water systems, HVAC units, panels, pumps, etc.).

• Monitor and respond to maintenance service requests promptly.

• Maintain logs and documentation for all service and repair activities.

• Assist in energy management and operational efficiency efforts.

• Ensure all work is performed safely, in compliance with applicable codes and company policies.

• Support emergency response efforts such as power outages, leaks, or fire system issues.

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair services.

• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.

• Report major repairs or risks to the Facility Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumber or relevant technical field.

• Minimum 0.6 -5 years of experience in building, construction or facility maintenance.

• Knowledge of multiple trade areas (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with tools and measuring devices.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Flexibility to work in shifts or on-call as required.

Preferred Certifications (optional):

• Electrical License (if required by local law)

• Plumbing License

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
