To carry out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation activities across the facility/plant while also supporting multi-skilled tasks in other disciplines (Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC) to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, panels, wiring, motors, and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new electrical systems and equipment.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC issues as part of multi-skilled role.
Monitor electrical loads and maintain records of daily maintenance activities.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical panels, distribution boards, and UPS systems.
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergencies, and service requests.
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory required for electrical and general maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for specialized repairs.
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum [0.6] years of experience in facility/electrical maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards, wiring regulations, and preventive maintenance.
Hands-on experience with HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, VFDs, and motor controls.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical & electrical systems (preferred).
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.
