Job Description

Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fixtures, and control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns and take corrective action.
Inspect and maintain electrical panels, MCBs, DBs, circuit breakers, motors, and related equipment.
Monitor electrical supply and identify potential electrical hazards.
Perform testing using appropriate electrical testing instruments.
Maintain daily maintenance records, logbooks, and breakdown reports.
Attend emergency electrical breakdowns and restore equipment safely.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and external contractors when required.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment.
Follow all electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety rules.
