Position: Electrical Engineer
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Electrical)

Job Role:

We are hiring an Electrical Engineer/Technician to handle electrical maintenance, UPS troubleshooting, fault rectification, and Customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain & troubleshoot electrical systems (DB, MCB, MCCB, wiring)
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns
Handle UPS troubleshooting, maintenance & breakdown support
Read and understand basic SLD & UPS diagrams
Attend and close service calls within defined timelines
Manage client sites and ensure timely issue resolution
Maintain SLA (response & resolution time)
Prepare service reports and documentation
Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electrical cabling & components
Hands-on experience in UPS systems troubleshooting & maintenance
Basic understanding of structured cabling systems
Basic English communication skills
Two-wheeler mandatory
Willing to travel and work on weekends if required

Working Details:

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon–Sat)
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
