Job Title: Electrician – Construction Electrician / Helper

We are looking for an Electrician or Helper to join Jayalakshmi Electrical Solutions. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings, villas, apartments, and commercial sites. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month (based on experience 5 years and above) and strong growth opportunities in industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute wiring plans, install fixtures, panels, DBs, cable trays, and electrical equipment as per drawings

• Install safety and distribution components like switches, MCB/ELCB, distribution boards, and panel connections

• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility and load safety

• Prepare and assemble PVC/MS/GI conduits and pull cables through them

• Prevent system breakdown through inspection and replacement of damaged wiring/cables

• Identify hazards or malfunctions and repair faulty electrical units

• Follow site safety procedures and PPE compliance

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: ITI Electrician / Wireman /

• Experience: 0–7 years in construction or building electrical work

• Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams

• Knowledge of safety procedures and site practices

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work at project sites across Chennai
