Position: Site Supervisor – Electrical

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical

Location: Gurugram / Project Sites

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage day-to-day electrical site activities.

* Handle electrical installation and execution of LT systems, panels, HT/LT cables, earthing and related works.

* Coordinate transformer/substation installation and electrical infrastructure activities.

* Supervise electricians, technicians, skilled and unskilled manpower at site.

* Ensure work is completed as per project specifications, quality standards and timelines.

* Monitor material availability and coordinate with the office/site management for requirements.

* Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

* Ensure proper implementation of electrical safety procedures at the site.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors and other site teams when required.

* Resolve day-to-day site execution issues and ensure smooth project progress.

Requirements:

* ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

* Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical site supervision/execution.

* Strong knowledge of electrical installation, cabling, panels, earthing and site work.

* Experience in industrial electrical projects, substations or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

* Good manpower handling and site coordination skills.

* Willingness to travel/work at project sites.Position:

Site Technician / Junior Site Supervisor

Experience: 0–2 Years

Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrica,l B.Tech

in Electrical

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist in electrical installation and site execution work.

* Support installation of LT systems, electrical panels, cables, earthing and related equipment.

* Assist senior supervisors in transformer/substation and industrial electrical work.

* Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per instructions.

* Coordinate with electricians, technicians and other site manpower.

* Follow electrical safety procedures and maintain site discipline.

* Check materials and tools required for daily site work.

* Maintain basic daily site reports and work updates.

Requirements:

* ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

* 0–2 years of experience in electrical site work; freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma can also be considered.

* Basic knowledge of electrical installation and safety.

* Willingness to work at project sites.

* Good communication and coordination skills.
