Job Description

Perform panel wiring according to approved electrical drawings and specifications.
Carry out ferruling, crimping, cable routing, cable dressing, and wire termination using standard practices.
Label wires, terminals, and components correctly for easy identification and maintenance.
Ensure proper tightening of terminals and secure installation of all electrical components.
Conduct continuity, insulation resistance, and basic functional tests before panel dispatch.
Troubleshoot wiring faults and rectify defects during panel assembly and testing.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools, materials, and the work area.
Follow electrical safety procedures and use appropriate PPE while working.
Report material shortages, drawing discrepancies, and quality issues to the supervisor.
Assist during factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, and customer inspections when required.
Ensure all work complies with company quality standards and applicable electrical codes.
Maintain production records and complete assigned work within scheduled timelines.
