Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Commercial Electrician for a corporate office project. The candidate must be able to read 1:50 GFC electrical drawings, execute flooring conduits, install floor junction boxes, perform light + power + ELV wiring, handle DB termination, and complete all electrical installation work as per commercial interior standards.---⭐ Key Responsibilities (Detailed)1. Flooring Electrical WorkLaying concealed conduits (20mm, 25mm, 32mm) in flooringFixing floor junction boxes (for cable pulling)Fixing POP/metal floor boxes with electrical & ELV compartmentsRouting power & ELV conduits separatelyProviding conduit risers from floor to wallCoordinating cutting/chiseling & refilling workEnsuring accurate line & level as per drawings---2. Wiring Work (Lighting + Power + UPS + ELV)Lighting circuit wiring as per layoutPower circuit wiring for 6A & 16A socketsUPS wiring for workstationsELV wiring: CAT6, CCTV, telephone, access controlDressing and ferruling of all wiresSwitchboard internal wiringEarthing continuity checks---3. Lighting Fixtures InstallationMust be able to install:Linear suspended lightsSurface profile lights (73 nos approx.)Downlights (51 nos)Decorative pendant lightsWall up–down lightsProfile LED stripsEnsure alignment, levels, and stable fittings.---4.
