Vehicle Driver

To ensure safe, timely, and efficient transportation of company staff, materials, and equipment for solar projects, while maintaining vehicles in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, solar equipment, and materials to various project sites.

• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules are met.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and ensure regular servicing.

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs.

• Follow all traffic rules, regulations, and safety guidelines.

• Assist with loading and unloading of solar panels, tools, and materials.

• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details.

• Report any accidents, mechanical issues, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.

• Support logistics and field teams during solar project installations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education.

• Valid commercial/light motor vehicle driving license.

• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably in corporate or logistics roles.

• Knowledge of local and intercity routes.

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry solar equipment or materials when required.

• Willingness to travel long distances and work flexible hours.
