Valet Driver

Job Summary

The Valet/Parking Attendant is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and courteous vehicle parking services for the Managing Director, senior management, and authorized visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.

- Assist the Managing Director, senior executives, and authorized guests with valet parking services.

- Ensure all vehicles are parked in designated spaces inside premises and outside premises.

- Report any vehicle damage, accidents, security concerns, or safety hazards immediately to the Administration Department.

- Coordinate with Building management & Security team.

- Follow all company policies, traffic regulations, and safety procedures.

- Handle vehicle keys responsibly and maintain complete confidentiality regarding vehicle ownership and movement.

- Assist during VIP visits, corporate events, and emergency situations.

- Perform any other parking or facility-related duties assigned by management.

Working Hours

- Duty hours will be scheduled according to office operational requirements.

- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or during special events as directed by management may be required.

- Weekly off and leave will be scheduled by the Administration Department based on operational needs.

Required Skills

- Valid driving license for both manual and automatic vehicles.

- Safe driving skills with knowledge of defensive driving practices.

- Ability to park luxury and premium vehicles confidently.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional appearance and courteous behavior.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple vehicles efficiently.

- Basic understanding of vehicle handling and parking safety.

- High level of honesty, responsibility, and confidentiality.

• It is a Full Time Driver job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
