We are looking for a 4-Wheeler Electric Car Fleet Supervisor who will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding drivers as per the company’s processes, guidelines, and policies. The supervisor will verify driver documents and ensure all compliance requirements are met during onboarding. The role includes training drivers on electric vehicle usage, safe driving practices, company policies, and proper EV charging procedures. The supervisor will allocate drivers to vehicles, manage shift scheduling, and monitor daily attendance to ensure smooth operations. They will ensure drivers meet the set trip and revenue targets while minimizing idle KM runs and improving overall fleet utilization. The supervisor will also monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, and roadworthiness, and coordinate with external vendors for vehicle servicing, repairs, and other asset requirements. Additionally, the role involves overseeing vehicle charging schedules to ensure uninterrupted operations, collecting and reconciling daily driver revenues, maintaining driver-wise earnings records, and preparing daily operational reports. The supervisor will coordinate with internal teams for revenue sharing, driver payouts, and operational updates, while also maintaining accurate MIS reports related to fleet performance, driver productivity, and revenue. The position further requires identifying opportunities to increase revenues, improving operational efficiency, resolving driver issues, and ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
