About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Delivery Partners to join the Tumble Dry team. As a Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering laundry orders safely and on time, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up laundry items from customers’ locations and deliver them to the Tumble Dry store/processing unit.

• Deliver cleaned and packed laundry back to customers on time.

• Handle customer interactions in a polite and professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle (2W/3W/4W).

• Update order status through the Tumble Dry Partner App.

• Follow company delivery protocols and ensure quality service.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license ( 3W / 4W as applicable).

• Own a smartphone (Android).

• Knowledge of local routes and areas.

• Punctual, disciplined, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Prior delivery experience preferred (Swiggy, Zomato, Porter, Amazon, etc.), but not mandatory.
