Private Company Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive and operate assigned four-wheeler: cars, vans, SUVs, or light trucks.

• Pick up and drop off passengers, cargo, or goods at designated locations on schedule.

• Conduct daily safety checks: brakes, tires, lights, oil – report any issues immediately.

• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the vehicle inside and out.

• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps; update logs for trips and mileage.

• Ensure compliance with traffic rules, company policies, and applicable regulations.

• Assist passengers with boarding, loading/unloading cargo, and securing items.

• Keep accurate records: trip sheets, delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports.

• Coordinate with dispatcher or supervisors regarding schedules, route changes, or delays.

• Report accidents, traffic violations, mechanical faults, or any incidents promptly.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license appropriate to vehicle class (e.g., LMV – Light Motor Vehicle).

• Proven safe driving record; no major traffic violations or suspensions.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years experience driving four-wheel vehicles commercially or privately.
