- Transportation: Safely transport the Director to and from the office, meetings, airports, and other locations.

- Navigation: Plan routes in advance to ensure timely arrivals, accounting for traffic and road conditions. Familiarity with GPS and alternative routes is required.

- Punctuality: Maintain strict punctuality and flexibility with working hours, including early mornings and late evenings.

- Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is always clean and in excellent working condition. Conduct regular checks on fuel, oil, brakes, and tires.

- Administration: Arrange for servicing, repairs, and insurance/registration renewals. Maintain accurate travel logs, fuel records, and expense reports.

- Compliance: Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Professionalism: Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion. Be courteous, presentable, and assist with luggage or documents as needed.

- Safety: Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
