समय की पाबंदी (Punctuality): समय पर पिकअप और ड्रॉप-ऑफ सुनिश्चित करना और निर्धारित शेड्यूल का पालन करना।
वाहन का रखरखाव (Vehicle Maintenance): वाहन को हमेशा साफ, अच्छी स्थिति में और चालू रखना; नियमित निरीक्षण और छोटे-मोटे रखरखाव का ध्यान रखना।
सुरक्षा और नियम (Safety & Rules): सभी यातायात नियमों और कानूनों का कड़ाई से पालन करना, सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग सुनिश्चित करना।
