Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, punctual and well-mannered Car Driver to manage daily driving duties for company executives, staff and official work. The candidate should have good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes, safe driving habits and proper vehicle maintenance discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive company car for office, site visits, meetings and official travel.

2. Pick up and drop company executives, guests or staff as required.

3. Maintain the vehicle in clean, hygienic and presentable condition at all times.

4. Ensure regular checking of fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, coolant, battery and other basic vehicle requirements.

5. Follow traffic rules, road safety standards and company instructions strictly.

6. Keep vehicle documents updated and available in the car, including RC, insurance, PUC and pollution certificate.

7. Coordinate timely servicing, repair and maintenance of the vehicle.

8. Maintain trip records, fuel bills, toll receipts and parking slips when required.

9. Avoid rash driving, over-speeding, unnecessary phone usage while driving and any misconduct.

10. Maintain confidentiality regarding company, management and client-related travel.

11. Be available for flexible working hours as per business requirements.

12. Assist with basic office or site-related errands when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Valid LMV driving licence.

2. Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience.

3. Good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes, especially South Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and airport routes.

4. Experience in driving premium cars will be preferred.

5. Basic understanding of car maintenance and servicing.

6. Polite behaviour, punctuality and neat personal appearance.

7. Ability to use Google Maps and WhatsApp location sharing.

8. No history of rash driving or major traffic violations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Age: 25–45 years preferred

• Should be disciplined, honest and reliable

• Should be comfortable with long-distance and late-hour travel when required

• Should have prior experience with company owners, senior executives or family offices

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, driving skills and working hours.

Overtime / extra duty may be discussed separately as per company policy.
