Job Description

REQUIRED: PERSONAL CAR DRIVER

Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
Experience: 4–5 years in personal car driving
Duty: 6 days a week, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Weekly Off: Sunday
Trial Period: 10 days
Probation: 3 months

Requirements

Must possess a valid driving licence and always carry the original licence while driving.
Must be neat, clean, disciplined and well-groomed.
Must wear the prescribed office uniform while on duty.
Must have no addiction to cigarettes, tobacco, gutka, alcohol or drugs.
Must drive safely, remain calm and avoid arguments or quarrels on the road.
Must know how to maintain and check car documents.
Must be respectful, courteous and capable of properly attending to the owner and guests.
Must keep the car interior absolutely clean, hygienic and shining.
Must have basic knowledge of handling accidents, traffic police and insurance formalities legally.

Salary and Leave

Salary will be paid on the 10th of the following month for duty performed up to the 30th or 31st of the preceding month.
No salary advance will be given during the month.
No routine leave during the three-month probation period.
After probation, one paid leave per month will be allowed with prior approval.
Other terms shall be governed by the appointment letter and applicable laws.
