Job Description

We are hiring an Office Boy cum Four-Wheeler Driver to manage office support activities and provide safe and efficient transportation for company officials. The candidate must possess a valid LMV (Four-Wheeler) Driving License, have good knowledge of Pune city routes, and be capable of handling both driving and office-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company officials for official meetings, client visits, and other business-related travel.

• Safely operate company four-wheelers while following all traffic rules and regulations.

• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, fueled, and serviced on time.

• Maintain vehicle documents, insurance, PUC, and service records.

• Handle office errands such as bank work, document collection and delivery, courier dispatch, and other official tasks.

• Assist with office administration, including photocopying, filing, scanning, and document management.

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.

• Purchase office supplies and maintain stock of office essentials.

• Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and general upkeep.

• Support management with any additional office-related responsibilities as assigned.

• Report vehicle maintenance issues immediately and coordinate servicing when required.

Requirements

• Valid LMV (Four-Wheeler) Driving License – Mandatory

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a four-wheeler driver.

• Good knowledge of Pune city routes and nearby areas.

• Ability to handle both driving and office support responsibilities.

• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
