Ola / Uber Driver

Job Summary

Responsible for transporting passengers safely, efficiently, and on time through Ola and Uber platforms while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the vehicle in good condition.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Accept and manage ride bookings through the Ola/Uber driver application.

• Pick up and drop off passengers safely at designated locations.

• Follow traffic rules, GPS navigation, and road safety procedures.

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, hygiene, and roadworthiness.

• Ensure all vehicle documents and driving licences are valid.

• Provide courteous and professional customer service.

• Manage trip records, fare collection, and digital payments accurately.

• Maintain passenger confidentiality and safeguard personal belongings.

• Handle emergencies and report incidents to the appropriate support team.

• Monitor customer feedback and maintain good ratings.

• Follow applicable transport regulations and platform policies.

• Manage working hours and breaks responsibly.

Candidate Skills & Requirements

• Valid driving licence and safe driving skills.

• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

• Ability to use GPS navigation and smartphone applications.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Punctuality and time management.

• Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.

• Cash handling and digital payment knowledge.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Patience, honesty, and professional behavior.

• Awareness of passenger safety and emergency procedures.

• Proficiency in Hindi and/or the local language.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours as required.

• It is a Full Time Driver job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
