MNC Cab Driver

Job Summary:
We are looking for responsible and professional drivers to join our growing transportation and vehicle rental business. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting clients, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles (Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller, or Bus) as assigned

• Pick up and drop clients on time as per trip schedule

• Follow all traffic rules, road safety norms, and company guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle at all times

• Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, documents)

• Assist clients with luggage when required

• Use Google Maps or GPS apps for route navigation

• Maintain trip logs, fuel records, and expense details

• Coordinate with operations team and report any issues immediately

• Ensure proper behavior and professionalism with clients

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (LMV / Transport License / Badge required)

• Minimum 1–3 years of commercial driving experience

• Good knowledge of Mumbai roads and nearby outstation routes

• Basic understanding of mobile apps (Google Maps, WhatsApp)

• Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)

• Clean driving record with no major violations

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and outstation trips

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in tourist or corporate travel services

• Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and vehicle type)

• Overtime and outstation allowances

• Daily bata (food allowance) for long trips

• Incentives based on performance and client feedback

• Weekly off and paid leaves as per company policy

• Previous employer reference (if available)
