Key Responsibilities

• Safely chauffeur the advocate to courts, client meetings, hearings, airports, and other destinations; plan timely pick-ups and drop-offs using efficient routes.

• Greet clients professionally, assist with luggage or legal case files, and ensure passenger comfort throughout journeys.

• Maintain the vehicle to high standards—clean interior/exterior, monitor servicing, fuel, oil, tire pressure, and report mechanical issues promptly.

• Stay informed about traffic, weather, and court schedules to adjust travel plans accordingly.

• Keep logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any expenses; submit receipts and reports as required.

• Display discretion and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
