Job Responsibilities:
Drive the company vehicle safely for official work and business-related travel.
Pick up and drop off staff, clients, and visitors as required.
Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
Handle office errands, including bank visits, document delivery, and courier services.
Assist with photocopying, printing, filing, and document management.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors when required.
Maintain office cleanliness and ensure basic office supplies are available.
Follow traffic rules and maintain proper vehicle documents.
Perform other driving and office support duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Valid driving licence and good driving skills.
Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Basic communication and time-management skills.
Responsible, punctual, and well-disciplined.
Ability to handle office errands and routine administrative tasks.
Previous experience as a driver or office boy will be preferred.
