🎯 Role Objective

To safely operate Mahindra Pickup vehicles for goods transportation, ensuring timely deliveries, proper load management, and adherence to traffic and safety regulations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities :-

• Vehicle Operation: Drive Mahindra Pickup (LCV) for transporting goods across Raipur and nearby districts.

• Load Handling: Ensure proper loading/unloading of goods, secure cargo with ropes/tarpaulin, and maintain payload limits.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic rules, RTO guidelines, and company safety protocols.

• Maintenance Checks: Perform daily vehicle inspections (oil, brakes, tires, coolant) and report mechanical issues.

• Route Management: Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS/maps; ensure on‑time delivery schedules.

• Documentation: Maintain delivery challans, invoices, and logbooks accurately.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with clients during delivery and handle goods responsibly.

📌 Required Skills & Competencies :-

• Valid LMV/Commercial Driving License.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience driving light commercial vehicles (preferred).

• Knowledge of local routes in Raipur and Chhattisgarh.

• Basic mechanical knowledge for handling minor breakdowns.

• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.

🎓 Qualifications :-

• Minimum 10th pass (basic literacy for documentation).

• Driving training certification (preferred).
