• Conducting regular maintenance checks of vehicles and keeping it in optimum condition.

• Keeping the vehicle hygienic and presentable.

• Keeping track of trip details, expenses and fuel usage.

• Time to time assured for vehicle servicing.

• Keeping all the documents of the vehicle up to date and assured to be renewed from time to time without any penalty.

• Regularly check the status of air in all the wheels including spare wheel.

•  Not to leave the vehicle unattended when on client visit etc. If one has to leave the vehicle unattended, then ensure that the car is locked properly.

• Maintain professional appearance at all times.

3 Primary Role

• Ensuring timely, quality and required reporting where and when required

4 Coordination

        Reporting to Director and Coordinating with HR
