Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional, reliable, and discreet Executive Chauffeur to manage luxury transportation for a prominent Film Maker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-end, premium vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Range Rover) safely and smoothly to various destinations, including film sets, production offices, corporate meetings, and industry events. This role requires exceptional driving skills, absolute confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe & Smooth Transport: Safely navigate urban routes, heavy traffic, and out-of-station locations, ensuring a smooth, secure, and comfortable ride for the Film Maker, and occasionally high-profile talent, producers, or guests.

• Luxury Vehicle Care & Maintenance: Manage the daily detailing, washing, and deep cleaning of the vehicle's interior and exterior. Schedule routine servicing, oil changes, tire rotations, and technical inspections, reporting any operational issues immediately.

• Schedule & Route Planning: Proactively research and plan the most efficient routes using GPS tools to avoid traffic congestion, ensuring strict punctuality for early morning call times, late-night shoots, and high-profile industry events.

• Absolute Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of privacy regarding conversations, phone calls, and sensitive industry information overheard in the vehicle.

• Flexible On-Call Availability: Adapt to unpredictable production and filming timelines, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town long-distance travel.

• Hospitality & Convenience: Open and close doors for passengers, assist with luggage, gear, or production packages, and maintain basic premium amenities inside the car (e.g., fresh water, chargers, tissues).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience as an executive chauffeur or personal driver, with a proven track record of handling high-end automatic/manual transmission luxury vehicles or SUVs.

• License & Record: Possession of a valid commercial or standard Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license with an absolutely spotless, accident-free driving history.

• Communication & Etiquette: Polished, professional presentation with excellent behavioral etiquette. Basic to fluent spoken skills in English and the primary local language of the region.

• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in handling automatic luxury car dashboards, advanced safety features, electronic systems, and modern GPS/navigation applications.

• Background Check: Willingness to undergo strict background verification, including reference checks from previous high-profile employers or corporate executives.

• It is a Full Time Driver job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
