કંપનીના અધિકારીઓ, કર્મચારીઓ અને જરૂરી સામગ્રીના સુરક્ષિત, સમયસર અને જવાબદારીપૂર્વક પરિવહનની સુવિધા પૂરી પાડવી. વાહનની યોગ્ય જાળવણી, દસ્તાવેજો અને ટ્રાફિક નિયમોનું પાલન સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ

કંપનીના અધિકારીઓ અને કર્મચારીઓને જરૂરિયાત મુજબ સુરક્ષિત અને સમયસર પરિવહન પૂરું પાડવું.
કંપનીના વાહનને ટ્રાફિક નિયમો અને સુરક્ષા ધોરણો અનુસાર ચલાવવું.
વાહનનું દૈનિક નિરીક્ષણ કરવું અને વાહનની સ્થિતિ સારી છે તેની ખાતરી કરવી.
વાહનમાં ઇંધણ, ટાયર, બ્રેક, એન્જિન ઓઇલ, લાઇટ્સ વગેરેની નિયમિત તપાસ કરવી.
વાહનની સર્વિસિંગ અને મેન્ટેનન્સ સમયસર કરાવવા માટે Administration/HR ટીમને જાણ કરવી.
વાહનના જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો જેમ કે RC, Insurance, PUC વગેરે માન્ય છે તેની ખાતરી કરવી.
મુસાફરી દરમિયાન ટ્રાફિક નિયમો અને કંપનીની સુરક્ષા નીતિઓનું પાલન કરવું.
અધિકારીઓ અથવા કર્મચારીઓને એરપોર્ટ, રેલવે સ્ટેશન, ક્લાયન્ટ સાઇટ, ઓફિસ અને અન્ય સ્થળોએ સમયસર લઈ જવા અને લાવવા.
જરૂરિયાત મુજબ બહારગામની મુસાફરી કરવી.
વાહનમાં કંપનીની કોઈપણ સામગ્રી અથવા દસ્તાવેજો હોય તો તેની સુરક્ષાની જવાબદારી લેવી.
વાહન સંબંધિત ખર્ચ, ઇંધણ અને મુસાફરીની વિગતોનો યોગ્ય રેકોર્ડ જાળવવો.
વાહનમાં કોઈ ખામી, અકસ્માત અથવા અન્ય સમસ્યા થાય તો તાત્કાલિક Administration/HR ટીમને જાણ કરવી.
વાહનને સ્વચ્છ અને સારી સ્થિતિમાં રાખવું.
કંપની દ્વારા સોંપવામાં આવતી અન્ય ડ્રાઇવિંગ અને સપોર્ટ સંબંધિત કામગીરી પૂર્ણ કરવી.

લાયકાત અને અનુભવ

માન્ય LMV / Transport Driving Licence હોવું જરૂરી.
ઓછામાં ઓછો 5–10 વર્ષનો ડ્રાઇવિંગ અનુભવ.
અમદાવાદ અને આસપાસના વિસ્તારોના રસ્તાઓ અને લોકેશનની સારી જાણકારી.
Google Maps અને Navigation નો ઉપયોગ કરવાની ક્ષમતા.
ટ્રાફિક નિયમો અને રોડ સેફ્ટી અંગેની સારી સમજ.
વાહનની સામાન્ય ખામીઓ ઓળખવાની અને પ્રાથમિક સ્તરે ઉકેલવાની સમજ.
સમયપાલન, વિશ્વસનીયતા અને જવાબદારીની ભાવના.
સારો વ્યવહાર અને પ્રોફેશનલ વર્તન.
ગુજરાતી અને હિન્દી ભાષાનું જ્ઞાન; મૂળભૂત અંગ્રેજી સમજણ વધારાની યોગ્યતા ગણાશે.
