We are seeking a trustworthy, discreet, and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for the Director. The ideal candidate will ensure punctual travel, maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, and support related personal and professional errands as required. A high level of confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & TransportationSafely chauffeur the Director to meetings, events, airport transfers, and other appointments.Ensure punctual pickups and drop-offs according to the Director’s schedule.Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic or schedule changes.Drive defensively and comply with all traffic laws and safety standards.Vehicle Care & MaintenanceMaintain cleanliness and presentability of the vehicle at all times.Perform routine checks (fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, lights).Schedule servicing and repairs; report mechanical issues promptly.Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, registration, permits) are valid.Support & ErrandsAssist with personal and office errands as required.Handle deliveries, document collection, and light logistics tasks.Support travel-related arrangements when needed.Professional Conduct & ConfidentialityMaintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s schedule, movements, and personal matters.Present a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
