A Valet Parking Attendant greets guests, provides exceptional customer service, safely parks and retrieves vehicles, manages keys and claim tickets, assists with luggage, and maintains a clean, orderly valet area, requiring a valid license and safe driving skills to ensure a smooth arrival/departure experience for hotel/restaurant patrons.

Summary

Responsible for providing a welcoming first impression and seamless experience for guests by safely handling and parking their vehicles, managing keys, and assisting with luggage, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service and safety. 

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Warmly greet guests, open car doors, assist with luggage, and provide directions/information.

• Vehicle Handling: Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles in designated areas, noting vehicle condition and location..

• Area Maintenance: Keep the valet stand, driveways, and parking areas clean and organized.

• Problem Solving: Assist with dead batteries, flat tires, or calling taxis/rideshares. 

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to drive various vehicles (manual/automatic).

• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity. 

• It is a Full Time Driver job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
