Driver Requirements & Essential Qualities

• Obedient, disciplined, and well-behaved

• Complete knowledge of Kolkata routes

• Polite communication with customers

• Strict adherence to company rules, duty timings, and instructions

Mandatory Criteria

• Valid Driving License with minimum 5 years’ experience

• Knowledge of basic vehicle checks

• Clean driving record (no criminal charges)

• Physically fit and punctual

• Age: 30–50 years

Behavioral Expectations

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times

• No alcohol or tobacco consumption during duty

• Safe and responsible driving

• Proper dress code as per company protocol

• No refusal of duty under any circumstances

Work Responsibilities

• Report on time at the allotted location

• Ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for clients

• Coordinate with supervisors for efficient performance

• Vehicle inspection before and after duty

Earning Potential (Performance-Based)

• Up to ₹35,000/month – Excellent Performance
  (600+ duty hours, regular duty, no absence)

• Up to ₹30,000/month – Good Performance
  (500+ duty hours)

• Up to ₹25,000/month – Average Performance
  (400+ duty hours)
