जॉब सारांश:

पिकअप एवं डिलीवरी बॉय का कार्य ग्राहकों से समय पर पार्सल/कूरियर उठाना और सुरक्षित रूप से उन्हें निर्धारित स्थान पर डिलीवर करना है। इस भूमिका में जिम्मेदारी, समय की पाबंदी और ग्राहकों के प्रति विनम्र व्यवहार आवश्यक है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• ग्राहकों से समय पर पार्सल का पिकअप करना।

• निर्धारित पते पर सुरक्षित एवं समय पर डिलीवरी करना।

• डिलीवरी की सही जानकारी मोबाइल ऐप/सिस्टम में अपडेट करना।

• नकद भुगतान (Cash on Delivery) की राशि सही तरीके से कलेक्ट एवं जमा करना।

• पार्सल को सुरक्षित और सावधानीपूर्वक संभालना।

• ग्राहकों से शिष्टाचार एवं अच्छे व्यवहार के साथ बात करना।

• कंपनी की नीतियों और सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन करना।

योग्यता:

• न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास।

• वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (दो पहिया वाहन) अनिवार्य।

• अपना वाहन (स्कूटर/बाइक) होना वांछनीय।

• कूरियर/लॉजिस्टिक्स सेक्टर में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

कौशल आवश्यकताएं:

• समय प्रबंधन की क्षमता।

• जिम्मेदारी और ईमानदारी।

• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल।
