  Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver grocery/food orders to customers on time and safely.

  • Use the Zepto mobile application to receive and track orders.

  • Ensure correct handling of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

  • Provide excellent customer service with polite and professional communication.

  • Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines while delivering.

  • Maintain delivery records as required.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum age: 18 years or above.

  • Must have a valid Driving License and a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter).

  • An Android Smartphone with internet connection is mandatory.

  • Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.

  • Punctual, disciplined, and responsible behavior.

  • Prior delivery experience is an advantage (Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, etc.), but not compulsory.
