• Manage day-to-day driver operations and relationships.

• Handle allocation of drivers and vehicles, ensuring smooth shift management.

• Ensure drivers meet weekly and monthly targets.

• Resolve driver grievances and maintain high driver satisfaction levels.

• Conduct onboarding, training, and induction programs for new drivers.

• Monitor driver performance and provide regular feedback.

• Drive initiatives to reduce driver attrition and increase retention.

• Support in designing and implementing incentive and payout structures.

• Maintain and update MIS reports on driver productivity, attendance, and performance.

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, accounts, etc.) for smooth workflow
