Passenger Transport: Pick up passengers and drive them to specified destinations safely and efficiently using the fastest and most practical routes.Customer Service: Greet passengers, open doors, and help load and unload luggage, groceries, or mobility equipment.Navigation & Traffic: Use GPS software or city maps to navigate efficiently, utilizing knowledge of local traffic patterns to avoid congestion.Payment Handling: Calculate and collect fares, operate digital point-of-sale (POS) systems, and issue receipts.Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks (oil, tires, lights), keep the vehicle's interior and exterior clean, and report any major mechanical issues.Communication: Coordinate with a central dispatch (for traditional taxis) or monitor rideshare apps to accept trip requests and maintain a high driver rating.
